Jazzercise
The original dance exercise phenomenon! Each 60-minute class offers a blend of jazz dance and exercise science choreographed to today's hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk and classics. Easy-to-follow, fun choreography includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale.
Body Sculpting by Jazzercise
Sculpted arms, tight abs, and firm and shapely legs are the primary focus of this challenging 45-50 minute muscle toning workout, which features a creative combination of strength training with hand and ankle weights, Xertubes and stability balls.
Step by Jazzercise
This class offers an intense, core strength-training workout. The platform or "step" provides an extra boost by incorporating the action of stepping onto the platform to intensify the workout. The other benefit to Step is that it is low impact, and doesn't stress the joints as much as running or jogging. The action of stepping onto the platform doesn't shock the joints and generally does not require a great deal of coordination or athleticism.
Boot Camp (personal training)
This unique approach to personal training helps participants get the most from their Jazzercise experience. Certified Jazzercise instructors conduct small group sessions designed to improve student success, ensure exercise adherence, and encourage the attainment of fitness goals. Students may choose from 30 or 45-minute sessions. Boot Camp training sessions are typically held twice a week, over a 4-week period for a total of 8 sessions. Students must be pre-registered 48 hours beforehand and an additional fee is required.
Jazzercise Lite - Low Impact
Fitness that's not intimidating, just invigorating! This 45-minute class pairs moderate aerobics with exercises that are designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility using easy-to-follow movements. Whether you're a beginner, newcomer, a senior, pregnant, significantly overweight, or otherwise physically restricted, you can't go wrong with this popular light version of the original Jazzercise program. New students welcome!
Jazzercise Plus
Get even more of a good thing with this extended version of the original Jazzercise workout. Each 80 to 90-minute class provides additional aerobic training, muscle toning and strengthening, and flexibility exercises for individuals ready to accept the challenge.
Jazzercise Circuit
Featuring a proven combination of aerobic exercise and strength training with weights, resistance tubes and balls, this Jazzercise workout covers all the fitness bases as you cross train your way to a fit and fabulous look.
Junior Jazzercise
The strong exercise habits kids develop now can go a long way in shaping their future. That's why Junior Jazzercise teaches things like coordination, strength and endurance, nutrition, and the importance of physical fitness. Kids ages 6 to 11 experience the joy of physical movement as they dance their way through specially choreographed age-appropriate routines to today's most popular music.
