Jazzercise
The original dance exercise phenomenon! Each 60-minute class offers a blend of jazz dance and exercise science choreographed to today's hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk and classics. Easy-to-follow, fun choreography includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale.
NEW STUDENTS: Please note that we will show you low-impact options throughout each class so that you can follow along. We have students of all ages and fitness levels. "We fit every body!"
Body Sculpting by Jazzercise
Sculpted arms, tight abs, and firm and shapely legs are the primary focus of this challenging 45-50 minute muscle toning workout, which features a creative combination of strength training with hand and ankle weights, Xertubes and stability balls.
Jazzercise Circuit Training
Featuring a proven combination of aerobic exercise and strength training with weights, resistance tubes, and resist-a balls, this Jazzercise workout covers all the fitness bases as you cross-train your way to a fit and fabulous look.
1:1 Personal Training
Certified instructors conduct 1:1 sessions designed to improve your success, ensure exercise adherence, and encourage the attainment of their personal fitness goals. Students may choose from 30 or 60-minute sessions. For optimal results, students should attend these sessions at least twice a week. Students must be pre-registered no less than 48 hours beforehand and an additional fee is required. (See pricing page for more details)
Group Boot Camp
Certified Instructors lead these Group Boot Camp sessions on an on-going basis. Participants should plan to attend these sessions no less than twice a week for optimal results. Junior Jazzercise
The strong exercise habits kids develop now can go a long way in shaping their future. That's why Junior Jazzercise teaches things like coordination, strength and endurance, nutrition, and the importance of physical fitness. Kids ages 6 to 11 experience the joy of physical movement as they dance their way through specially choreographed age-appropriate routines to today's most popular music.
