 Personal Training & Group Boot Camp

Our certified instructors are available to assist you in reaching all of your personal
fitness goals.  Our fitness experts and certified nutritionists as well as proven
supplemental and eating plans can be available to you when you sign up for
Personal Training or Group Boot Camp sessions. All of these tools are geared
to get you on the path to a healthier and happier you!

These sessions focus on:
• Defining lean muscle      • Losing body fat      • Achieving an ideal weight
• Improving metabolism      • Building strength and flexibility
